5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier picks up the order.

For International Customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes and import fees imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our prices and are non-refundable. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EU WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
All returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

For customers in the European Union, UK and EEA: In addition to our 30-day return policy, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, for any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
